Response Link seems to work well and has a good base unit with good range. It is quite easy to set up but is quite advanced. Unfortunately, it is quite expensive compared to some of the others but one thing that we really like about this one is the option to add another 15 dollars a month to have an operator to call daily and check to see if your loved one has taken their medication and is OK.

In conclusion, a good system with a nice feature to check up on loved ones. Is a little pricey.
