Alert One Review

Alert One started as a family business about twenty years ago. Nowadays, it is one of the most used medical alert systems out there. But can this family business be relied upon? Is Alert One worth it?

We have found that alert one have been very easy to deal with and quite easy to set up. It is not too hard to get going although the technology seems a little bit dated nowadays. We are pretty sure that any calls of distress will go answered which seems the most important thing but still the technology isn’t as advanced as some of the other products.

Having said this, the price is quite average and isn’t too bad. At about 30 dollars a month, Alert One doesn’t really cost that much which is very positive. On top of this, the family style of Alert One is still going strong and we have only found their staff to be very helpful and useful. This definitely reassures you when you know that they might be on the other end of an emergency.

In conclusion, Alert One is quite a good choice and doesn’t cost too much, but isn’t as advanced as some of the others on the market. On the other hand, support is excellent.
